Nature of the Service

This is a private reference service, not a government records system. It does not store official jail or court records, confirm custody, release a person, or submit documents to public offices.

It directs visitors to Loudoun County inmate and jail-record resources and may connect them with independent research tools. The responsible government agency remains the only source for an official answer.

Permitted Use

• Use the service only in a lawful manner.
• Do not use information from the service to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not use site content to make hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar screening decisions.
• Do not attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or similar automated means to collect or monitor content.
• Do not interfere with the service or another visitor's use of it.

FCRA Prohibited Uses

Loudoun County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this service. You agree not to use information obtained here for any purpose regulated by the FCRA, including:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions
• Tenant selection, housing screening, or lease decisions
• Creditworthiness determinations or insurance-premium decisions
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program
• Any other use governed by the FCRA

Third-Party Destinations

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking feeds, sheriff or corrections sites, government portals, legal-aid resources, and outside search services. We do not endorse or control their content, data practices, or availability. Review the terms and policies of each outside service before using it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That information is accurate, complete, or current
• Uninterrupted or error-free availability
• Freedom from bugs, security issues, or other defects
• The completeness of results supplied by an outside search partner

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing on this service is an official statement by the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office or another government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Loudoun County Busted Mugshots and its owners, partners, and suppliers are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Loudoun County Busted Mugshots and its owners, partners, and suppliers from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service or your breach of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The service's text, graphics, logos, design, and code are owned by Loudoun County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise use them without prior written permission.

Term Updates

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.

Access Restrictions

We may suspend, limit, or revoke access to the service at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

Virginia Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute must be brought in a court located within Virginia.

Severability

If a court finds any provision of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only to the extent needed to make it enforceable.
